ORDERING

Ordering is simple, all you need to do is write me an email at pencilprofile@hotmail.co.uk or go to my contact page telling me what size portrait you would like, how many subjects will be in it and if there are any special requirements. Attach your photograph to the email and I will reply as soon as possible to comfirm the price of the portrait and how long aproximatly it will take to draw it. When I have finished I will send you an email with a scanned image of the portrait as proof that the work has been done, then when the payment has been received and cleared the portrait will be sent out special delivery.

PAYMENT

Payment can be by UK cheque, postal order, international money order (IMO), western Union money order or buy PayPal. Other methods of payment can be arranged and no payment is required until the portrait is finished

THINGS TO REMEMBER

The better the quality of photograph the easier it is for me to get a perfect likeness, so photographs should be clear and in focus, close ups are best and faces should be at least two inches wide for me to be able to pick up the detail. If there is more than one person on the photo make sure you make clear which one / one's to be included in portrait.
